Take one end of the measuring tape in your right hand and wrap the tape around the waist to form a circle around the waist.
Keep yourself relaxed while performing the activity.
Place two finger above the navel (index and middle finger). The measurement tape should be placed in such a way that it is in the same plane and doesn’t go upwards or downwards.
